All services are subject to a separate engagement agreement or service contract entered into at the time of your appointment. These Terms govern your use of this website and general interaction with our business.

Client Responsibilities

When you engage our services, you agree to:

• Pay agreed fees on the schedule outlined in your service engagement

M&N Financial is not responsible for errors, penalties, or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Fees and Payment

Service fees are discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. The free consultation covers an initial review of your situation and a summary of recommended services. No work is performed during the consultation without your explicit agreement and payment arrangement.

Fees are non-refundable once a service has been completed or a document has been filed, unless an error was made on our part.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments booked through our online booking system are subject to availability. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.

Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential. We do not disclose your personal or financial information to third parties except as required to provide the services you have requested, as described in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law.

Intellectual Property
